All features are provided "as-is" for personal, non-commercial use.

Fugio is NOT a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice.

The App provides:

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the App
Keep your device and app credentials secure
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Not use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Backup your data regularly (App data is stored locally)

5. Privacy and Data

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for:

Financial losses resulting from use of the App
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App
Data loss due to device failure, app bugs, or user error
Unauthorized access to your device or data
Actions taken based on App insights or suggestions
Third-party service failures (AI providers, etc.)

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. No Bank Connections

Fugio does NOT automatically connect to your bank accounts. You must manually import transactions via CSV files exported from your bank.

We are NOT responsible for:

Errors in CSV files from your bank
Import failures or data formatting issues
Missing or duplicate transactions

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Sooner Brokers LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use the App's branding or content without permission

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time
Discontinue the App or any features at any time
Modify these Terms at any time (with notice)

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:

Upon posting the updated Terms in the App
After providing in-app notification
By updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Binding arbitration in Oklahoma (if mediation fails)

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Company.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
